Bakugan

Bakugan is a Cool Anime but Airing in U.S on CN in 2008. I Watch some of the Bakugan Epsiodes are Youtube. does anyone Watch it?
I watched it once, it was stupid. Then I learned how to play the game, and it's even stupider.

For a CHILDRENS game this is needlessly complex and over the top... I mean woah.. I TRIED learning and it was nuts I have a grasp of it now, but it took me a few attempts. We have this up in Canada and I generally watch it because I knew it would blow up pretty big...

Interesting things of note

Masquerade = Micheal from Beyblade (Captain of PPB All Stars)
Runo = Mariah
Marucho = Johnny Mcgregor (A personal favourite of mine)

They are basically attempting to make a new beyblade with the same voice actors and actresses.
Well I Can't wait when it up an on Air on CN in January 23rd 2008 so I can watch the Every single Epsiodes but I don't play the Game if it Stupid I just like Anime But BeyBlade have a Good Combat Battle System and the Anime is So Awsome.
Ugh... I can't tell if Bakugan is better or worse than B-Daman. My brother watches it all the time and the OP is stuck in my head...

Yeah it's CANADIAN co-op with Japan like Spider Riders was. Only this is them attempting to leech off of the popularity of Beyblade/make their own that they can control and keep sucking dry for more and more money... It's obvious and kinda sad. I watch it all the time because the monsters seem pretty awesome, but the characters are 2 dimensional at best and are no where near as deep as traditionally anime characters are/should be.
Yeah The Creatures are Awsome and the show make it seem you can open the ball by yourself but in toy version you can't, I Try and Try to Get it open but it won't open but on the card the ball open. Don't these people know about Put a Button so you can open it all by yourself.
I've yet to watch the anime. I got to demo the game before it was released in stores and it was pretty bad. The idea was there and the little magnetic monster balls are pretty cute, but the game is so physically flawed Pinching_eyes
The game is bland, repetitive, pointless. I used to collect them cuz the concept was interesting but the game has nothing to it, twas too simple and not much variety when "brawling" against other people. The individuality between bakugan meant next to nothing in game play except g power and some minor effects. It wasn't too bad but I'm sticking with Beyblade and yu-gi-oh. The anime wasn't bad but is isn't the best either, just imagine what it would look like is 4kids tv dubbed it, the anime needs a new script, 10% more intense then it is now, though it is intended for 10 year olds but they could at least make it kinda cool.... Hasbro should have released bakugan because spin master's quality is just above dollar store, but is Mattel released them they would probably change the whole game for the worst, like DDM yu gi oh. This whole fad will probably die out when beyblade comes back or before.
every time i see these at toys r us or whathaveyou i'm always tempted to pick them up but i know i'd regret it

Wow, what a contribution to a thread that has been inactive for over a month.

This was totally worth reviving this thread. Serious
I dont really see the problem with bakugan...The anime is alright i guess, but when you look at the bakugan cards the monsters seem as if they are like Cyber dranzer of Driger or something like that..
the bit beast designs weren't exactly original themselves
This show is okay, but I still don't understand at all how the game works.
The Game is based on achieving Holo Sector Points, which the anime doesn't even try to explain...AT ALL!
I doubt if anyone actually plays this correctly. *sigh* Me and my brother plays on house rules: first one to kill 3 bakugans. lol
i watched the first episode, the character seems cool but i can imagene the battle scenes to get repeatative and boring.
never got the whole TCG thing anyway, i used to just collect cards ans swap them. No idea how to play with them like XD

you could seriously get banned for saying that, in the WBO rules it
states that if you use offensive language like "gay" you will be banned. Confused
