You have to be 13+ and take a quiz and have at least the majority of stadiums that are gonna be used at the tournament. thats all i know,if you really wanna know,just read the forum that mike nightwing sent.

you have to have 50 posts minimum on the WBO site, take a survey, and you have to be 13+ to be approved for organizing.
