Okay so I am a dad whose sons have recently gotten into the Beyblade show and want beyblades. I found a "metal masters" set on OfferUp and bought it. It came with several beyblades and three of the launchers. The only thing is it didn't come with the ripcords. I could not figure out where to buy only the ripcords so I just purchased two new launchers from Target. When I got home I discovered that the beyblade burst launchers did not fit the beyblades I bought. And the ripcords from the beyblade burst set do not fit the metal masters launchers. It seems like there are other kinds of ripcords and I am wondering if anyone can direct me to where I can get the ripcords specific to these metal masters beyblades.

Can you show us a picture of the set? It might have been a bootleg fake which explains the lack of ripcords

(And the metal used in bootlegs is Lead based Pewter which isn't the best thing to have around kids)

From what I have seen, some ripcords have the teeth on the side and some have teeth on top. Is that the issue here? I need one with teeth on the top?

That looks pretty similar to my current ripcord. Are the teeth spaced differently? Are either of these below the one I need? I am having trouble finding where to buy.

You need the rip cord on the top of that picture.

Can you show the box? However, I think it might be real since the metal oxidized
