Since I'm new to beyblade and obviously will fail the organizer's test, and since I've searched the whole tournamemt board and found none in kentucky. How long will it take for there to be one or are there any organizers that live in my state?

It might be while before someone actually becomes a organizer for Kentucky. However, please do give hosting a try! Studying the guide isn't difficult at all and it is possible to pass the Organizer's Quiz. It just takes determination!
