I talked with one of my friends, who is an avid Beyblade manga reader and collector, she said that the two main sources to buy them unfortunately would be Amazon and eBay. The series of manga (Metal Fight Beyblade) wasn't a very big hit in the USA, so I don't believe they were released. The first and second volumes are on MangaFox.com but the rest were removed for copyright laws. If you were ever looking for the original Beyblade series manga, BetterWorldBooks.org and AbesBooks.com are two great used and new sources to buy books cheaper if you're in the USA.
If you did some deeper digging, you may be able to find the Japanese versions on Yahoo! Japan Auctions or something similar to that. Hope this helps some!
