I didn't even like P3 that much, to begin with. They're probably aiming for people who have already liked and played the game, but people who haven't played the game will probably be able to get it cheaper for the PS2.
So the only people who will possibly buy this game are people who are willing to play the game for a higher price than the PS2 version and do have a PSP. Unless there is some sort of additionnal stuff in it. Otherwise, not worth it.

You get to play as a girl now, ZOMGOSH. I might buy, might not. I don't know yet.
