I haven't yet purchased a Hasbro stadium and instead used a plastic tray. The hades fusion wheels paint has been scratched whenever scraping the side or another bey. Is this normal?

All painted Metal Wheels will eventually scratch when used.
For future references, use the "Ask a question, get an answer!" thread to ask a question about the Beyblade Hobby (use the search function first to see if it has already been asked and answered).

As for your question. Yes all painted Metal Wheels scratch off eventually, annoying but it happens
