RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Pruebame - Jun. 06, 2012 All conversations about the June 10th tournament need to go here please. Thanks http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Richmond-VA-June-10th-Chaos-Rising-1-0--50957 RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kaboom!!! - Jun. 08, 2012 So, is anyone interested in a Plastic Beyblade Battle tournament? (Really old first generation beyblades that have bit chips inside of them, if you still dont know what they are then feel free to ask) RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Angry Face - Jun. 08, 2012 Yemen. I'd lend out at least three to four Blades so that others could participate, but honestly, I'd much rather get a HMS orientated tournament going over a plastics one. I'm sure more people'd have plastics, though, so that'd probably be a bit more practical to organize. But yeah, it'd be a great thing to do. RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Hitsugiya - Jun. 08, 2012 I have a couple of plastics. But I probably can't make it to Virginia, although I really wish I could. I'd also prefer an HMS tournament over a plastics tournament. RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kaboom!!! - Jun. 09, 2012 Then maybe we should take a vote or something? Which ever series has the most votes will be the type of blades we use. I prefer plastics so plastics is up 1. Plastics: 1 HMS: 1 MFB: 0 If you want your vote to be counted than you have to say which type you want. Check back here for updates. RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Angry Face - Jun. 10, 2012 HMS now. Plastics can wait, so my vote goes to HMS. Awesome, either way, I guess ill be happy do you think we should make a date that the voting ends? That it doesnt last forever? RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - TentacleZooka - Jun. 10, 2012 Is there any interest in forming a team for Virginia's best? Is there one already? RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kaboom!!! - Jun. 10, 2012 Come on guys, we need to fiqure out what type of tournament were gonna be doing. HMS Plastics or MFB, pick your favorite RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kaboom!!! - Jun. 11, 2012 I quess no one cares about forming a tourney for HMS and/or Plastics -__- How about MFB!? Right now im planning on hosting my own tournament down here in chesapeake so, whos in? I got about 6 of my friends and I already so whos interested? RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Pruebame - Jun. 11, 2012 all depends on the dates for us. But we're interested just the same RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kaboom!!! - Jun. 11, 2012 (Jun. 11, 2012 1:15 AM)Pruebame Wrote: all depends on the dates for us. If there's enough interest in either type of tournament format asides from MFB, others will (probably) voice their opinions in due time. I'm not saying I don't want to do a plastics tournament, but rather I'd prefer a HMS one first. Though, I'm thinking now that a plastics tournament may possibly be easier to gather participants for and pull off altogether. I'd go, you'd go, Dark might go, and if others come as well without Blades of their own, I would just lend out a few to get eight participants. Spoiler (Click to View) Oh, and my parents and I aren't willing to drive/ride in the car to Chesapeake and back for ten hours plus, so I'm a no go. lol RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kai-V - Jun. 11, 2012 HMS and Plastic Remembrance Day is probably the best opportunity to focus all the region's interest in those generations. Both of these stores are located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Both have TCGs happening on both of those dates so I might have to sweet talk them into letting us rent out there spaceXD lol. Here is the attendees list for right now at this moment. Confirmed: BigBang Aries! Beat Bull! Jade Eagle! Death Phoenix! Maybe: Dark_Mousy Dragon's Fang Bazooka Pruebame Fakir AquilaOrion If you would like to attend this future tournament, then hurry up and join so we can get this approved!!! RE: [Virginia, USA] Tournament Discussion - Pruebame - Jun. 13, 2012 Don't have my schedule for that week yet. As soon as I do I'll let you know. In the meantime, Make sure you go to Challonge.com to get aquanted with the tournament program etc. You'll also need to put in a proposal to Kai-V on the event proposal section of this forum. Let me know if you need any help with anything. Dark helped me with my first one and it made it very easy for the solo one I did last weekend. See if you can get either of them ti waive the store fees. I know there is another store in that area that won't charge you fees. |
