Well the storm wheel is completely outclassed. Feel free to go to "Build me a combo!" #2 thread. You have to do the standard method of testing against top tier combos. This thread will probably be closed if you dont update your OP.

HF fails to retain flower pattern and high friction. Storm is outclassed, and why Libra. Is there any specific reason.
