I want to set up a team in my area. anyone can tell me what I need to do to make it an official team?

Our battling system unfortunately does not take into account teams, so they are not really relevant here. However, you can always use the San Diego thread that is in the WBO General forum to try to gather people for a team.
Since this is not really an introduction, if you want to make a proper one, create a new thread. You are really supposed to introduce yourself, not necessarily ask questions.
