lmao basically we gave him 10+ chances to not be a complete douchebag to everyone
we do ip bans, user bans, etc.
his persistence shows in constant re-registrations.
it's hilarious whenever he comes back though so it's all good.

They have different IPs and e-mails, but of course this means nothing as we know Kenny has found ways to dodge both of those things.
