Anyone know if they’re doing a design contest for Beyblade DB and/or Beyblade X? If so, do they accept international submissions? I have some Beyblade designs I really want to try to enter.

They haven't announced any design contests since the contest that birthed Brave Valkyrie (held around 2019 or so). Since Beyblade Burst has ended, there's no chance of a DB/BU contest at this point. Beyblade X has only just begun, so there may be one a couple years from now, but it will likely be Japan-only.
Nowadays they may decide to hold something online rather than in the pages of CoroCoro, like they have with the X-Over Project poll compared to Burst's equivalent poll. But like the current poll for the X-Over Project, it would likely be geo-locked to Japan only.
