Ring - Rage (Poliwag Version) - p0l1w4g06 - Feb. 04, 2022

Rage (レイジ, Reiji) is a Ring released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-168 Booster Rage Longinus Destroy' 3A on June 27th, 2020.
==Description==
Takara Tomy's Rage is an Attack Type Ring that features two metal dragon heads on the side and two upper blades consisting of another blade continuing the upper blade.

Like its predecessors, Rage is designed for Upper Attacks, while this does indeed happen, the small size of Rage's blades means it is unable to do as consistently as its predecessor Zwei. However, the metal dragons do provide extra weight to Rage compared to most Rings, and has a thick underside to resist Bursts.

Rage really shines, however, when paired up with the 3A Chassis. This is because 3A serves as extension to rage, increasing the chances of not only upper attack, but Attacks in general. As such, Rage with 3A is suitable for Attack combinations.
(Use in Attack combinations stays the same as current placeholder draft)
==Overall==
Rage's heavy weight, Knock-Out and Burst potential combined with 3A, made it one of the best Attack Rings for Left-Spin vs. Left-Spin matches in the metagame and the best Attack Ring for Opposite-Spin matches. As such, it and 3A dominated most of the Super king metagame. However, the newer Dynamite Battle Layer System started introducing parts that could counter it such as Vanish, causing its dominance to wane, and eventually become outshined by its successor Guilty, though not completely.

As such, Rage is not a must have but is a welcome addition to any blader's collection.
