Also, I’m probably looking into this too much, but the teaser video might have shown off the system? The Spinning top made out of Light had 4 distinct parts, and I’m not sure if it’s just supposed to represent a generic Beyblade or something new.

Is it just me, or does this resemble the HWS? It looks like a decorative part on top, a layer with contact points, something like a spin track and a separate tip at the bottom. Hopefully it will be something like that, since MFB provided a lot of customization.

Theory 2 from a fellow blader:
The tip is from burst
The disc section is MFB
The layer to them looks wide (someone pls check)and they assume it's plastic gen .
Also another blader mentions "explosion" being rather prominent in leaks and theories it's just Burst 2.0, but since explosions are just cool  (bayverse movies sold well )  idk.

So burst came out in 2016 but was announced in 2015 but beyblade x comes out this year so I was thinking what if we got the anime this year as well if i did my research correctly I think we just might

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - BeybladeFanOff - Mar. 21, 2023

According to the Vocare Project, new event from old generation will be coming.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - cybubble - Mar. 21, 2023

New event what do you mean

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - p0l1w4g06 - Mar. 21, 2023

We still have a few last hurrah for burst.
Though the tournaments changed from weekly to once every 2 weeks...

Burst came out in 2015, dual layers and the anime came out in 2016. We're still not getting an anime until next year

Bakuten, MFB and Burst tournament.

Now this is exciting news. Hopefully there will be some similarities to past generations. Man do I miss plastics and HMS.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - Wizard - Mar. 22, 2023

This is exciting! I wonder what the new play format will be like. I was so tired of Burst, I'm glad they're finally bringing in the next generation. I just hope that the new anime will air on TV rather than YouTube.

I'm going to be following this closely. Send me a message if you need anything translated from Japanese to English.

I think they may stick to online becuz TV is dying thanks to yt and such

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - Juniper - Mar. 22, 2023

With all that we’ve seen and heard about Beyblade X I believe it to be a multiverse of different beyblades coming together from different universes and the 4th generation of beyblade would basically hold them altogether

That was just speculation It was never confirmed it would be a crossover

I feel like it wouldn't be a multiverse but like a crossover of generations, since the silhouette looked like past systems.

Yea just have the date circled on your calendar cause it’ll be coming soon

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - Wizard - Mar. 26, 2023

Somehow I totally missed this announcement but the new Beytube YouTube channel has uploaded the first 3 episodes of each generation of Beyblade, and they will continue adding new new episodes every week.

Right now it seems to only mention the first season, but my personal hope is that they eventually add all of the episodes of each generation. We will have to wait and see.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - BeybladeFanOff - Mar. 26, 2023

According to Zankye’s source, we Will get a new Burst system.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - NoNotYou - Mar. 26, 2023

To explain a little more from said source,

-Yes, bursting is still a thing, but it will not be compatible with old burst beys

-Stadium is about the same size as standard but a little deeper (I think, correct me if i'm wrong), and has a little ridge for beys to go into the center (like in the QD stadium)

-The (probable but not confirmed) point system goes like this
Spin finish- 1 point
Burst finish- 2 points
KO- 3 points
Battles now go up to 5 points

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - originalzankye - Mar. 26, 2023

From a trusted source here is the updated info:

System is Burst but not compatible with the previous generation, and point system is different.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - NoNotYou - Mar. 26, 2023

Personally I'm completely neutral on the burst gimmick staying or not, I'm fine either way. The high speed battles thing reminds me of hasbro though which scares me, but this is TT so I'm hoping it's handled better.

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - Bey100 - Mar. 26, 2023

I have mix thoughts on burst return like I think the gimmick is nice but I feel like every gen has something special and unique
For plastics it was that it was the first gen and same spin rotation for every bey, metal gen is metal ring and burst was well burst but now a 4th Gen reusing burst? Idk man…

RE: Beyblade X - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread - Wizard - Mar. 26, 2023

Ultimately it's all just speculation. I doubt that this "source" has any real info. And I highly doubt that they're going to reuse the Burst gimmick. People got tired of Burst and sales went down, that's why the series ended and that's ultimately why we're getting a new generation.
