I find SD better for stamina because, when it bends (or wobbles) it can go farther down, increasing the stamina. WD however, since it has more support, it can't bend more. So, when it bends, it can go as far down. So, I prefer SD.

The Aries vs Capricorne video was made on the new iMovie from the iLife pack thing. iMovie 11' gave some great new themes!
