TEAM BEYBLADE IDEA!! 3 people on the Team

Hey guys i came up with a idea..

I want to make a beyblade team..When we do beyblade events teams can come and battle other teams...If u get what i mean.So i think taht would make it much more fun..Tongue_out_winkTongue_out_winkXD BY THE WAY IS ONLY A IDEA

COME ON PEOPLE COMMENT

There would be 3 people on the team each round 1 player goes against other team player
Team format doesn't make any sense in Beyblade. It's not like you can work together with your teammates. Plus, it reduces the number of competing parties. Real life isn't a cartoon.

yh it was only a idea ;/
Btw Gpacas, to quote someone else, you use the quote button.
Here's how to use Mycode: http://worldbeyblade.org/misc.php?action=help&hid=7
Tis a bad idea..... Brad's explained already.
There isn't enough beybladers to do this anyway.

...damn...
You can play as a team if you do it like the Bladebreakers, I mean like every round you let another player of your team play. (But that's not what Gpacas ment I think, playing all together in 1 match isn't possible indeed)

But yeah, like said before, there probably wouldn't be enough players to do something like this so..

yh thats what i ment...But my english is bad im from different country is hard to explain...SORRY
Actually, something like this may actually have some backing to it provided there were more beybladers. Say you put someone like Anubis, a defense specialist on a team with a good attacker. Notedly, a good Beyblader should be able to execute all styles of battle effectively, to keep to just your strengths might look interesting from a team perspective.

In other words, each member of a team could only specialize in one type of blading and that information would be known to the opponent. Instead of choosing a Beyblade for each battle, you'd choose a blader.

Of course, this sort of thing would only work where there are a large concentration of bladers like the New York metro area.
I always found the idea of having Beybladers "specialize" in a single type to be ridiculous ...

Well, yeah, because excluding the fact that you should be able to counter all types of Beyblades, you still need to identify what type your opponent has. That's what lost me the match to Bluezee. I couldn't see that it was a zombie.

But it would be a cool concept. Something for fun, not so much competition.
Teams for beyblade wouldn't really work and it's kinda pointless IMO. But I guess doing this for fun is ok but not for official tournaments.

Actually, it would be kinda cool if a few American bladers flew to the UK for a tournament. I think team battles might be neat there. Not so much as a classic format, but to make it like a round robin, only each fight consists of UK vs. US

Now THAT would be interesting.
a team style in a game that requires literally 0 teamwork is a bad idea ok
well it might be kinda like running track

you're on a team but you're more or less fighting for your own prize/bragging rights/etc
I think it wouldn't be a bad idea if we had enough people for teams. Really the only reason is that I would find it interesting for a team to gather points and win rather than a single person. The issue is we don't have enough people.

Would be interesting to have a different ranking system for that, too....

...If I coded that whole thing from scratch, would you make it available to the WBO?
no not really

i have no plans to support tournament formats
Pshaw killjoy! D: How am I supposed to have fun coding if the best part of it is its purpose?

Gawd, Brad, don't you ever think? *knocks on your head*
i don't actually need it coded, the current system could easily be modified for teams

but it's not happening, so get over it
