Just pre-registered, Sign me up here as well.
There is an area with a roof in the playground, but I'll have to check it out first. I'll let you guys know if I can use it or if I can find another venue by tomorow. Hopefully (everyone use your will power!) it won't rain though.
its official just pre-registered at toywiz.com im definatly going, ill bring some plastics pm if you wanna buy them there
ok, so making sure if i understand this "pre-registering" thing. we still have to meet up at David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center for registration despite the fact that we already pre-registered. right? or we could just go straight to the park if we pre-registered with toywiz?
You still have to go to the atrium to register for the tournament.
From the news that I watched this morning and the weather reports online, Sunday is supposed to be the worst day for thunderstorms. Even if the showers are scattered, it's probably not a good idea if there is thunder.

In the next two hours, I'm going to start making phone calls.
Honestly, although many go back to school soon, I believe rescheduling would be a better idea because not many people, especially with children, would want to travel in the rain. And some may not even want to risk getting their stuff wet when they travel. Some have it easier because they drive, but most have to worry about a commute to the city from various locations.

The only issue that was raised with that was most people don't know about this event through the WBO, but rather, found out via Toy Wiz. If we reschedule it, it's A LOT of additional communication. It might be possible to mass-email the rescheduled date to everyone who has registered with Toy Wiz, but it becomes chaotic at that point.

We all know that RFs react differently around moisture, so there's also a point to be made when you mention getting our equipment wet. Although nothing gets damaged, it would affect performance and I know that rain will affect blader spirit. True facts.

Honestly, I'm all for having it rescheduled. Taking a chance on the rain when some people are coming up as far as Virginia is not a wise choice. If IKMV also has trouble making it this Sunday, next Sunday may be beneficial as well seeing as he is co-hosting. According to the 10 day weather forecast, it's only going to be cloudy next Sunday.

If it's going to be rescheduled, it would be a good idea to make that call by tonight.
I am so coming to this

Watch out bladers!!!Stupid
By the way, guys, during this event, I'm going to be selling a mint Divine Chimera, mint Sol Blaze, mint Ray Unicorno D145CS (aurora version), and some beypointers. PM me to make some deals before hand if you want them.

No, they are pretty useless and just for show.
I agree I have one and no one else in WA has one probabily.....
im probably goin to this tornament

im a strong member of Team Kerbecs
Well, right now I am trying to find out if I can use that roofed area nearby. If not I need to find an indoor location. It's a bit difficult to find a free one. Deikailo says she might have one available.
It's not looking good for that one either. I didn't have enough time. If you don't find a roofed area, the only shot we're going to have is to split everyone up into blocks of 8 and run the tournament in the subways, using every nearby station as a place to battle.

If we do this, theoretically we could have people stay in their boroughs and only move on if they advance.
