Sorry, my mind blowned up, it's a mess.

But seriously. Considering that the PS2 was released in 2000, and this movie was created in 1995, we can assume that some of the graphics in the game are based from the movie, right ?

Only that they probably had a few pictures from the movie and lazily "animated" them, I bet.

Also, it's a funny coincidence that you guys happen to bring up Dingo Pictures when youtube animated movie critic ElectricDragon505 himself is currently watching it.

You thought Dingo Pictures or Video Brinquedo were bad? They still are, but something is worse...

As a kid, my parents got me knock off movies made by... Dream Town!

So I participated in my first 5k today. Ended up having to do the one mile walk/fun run because my knee was still sore from Canada. But on the bright side I maybe on the front page of the local newspaper dressed as Batman. The 5k was a Heroes themed run.

I'd say you have a really rare VHS. It's insanely hard to find stuff on Dingo Pictures for VHS. I just haven't seen it.

They released Dalmatians 2 on PS1 and Dalmatians 3 on PS2.
I haven't seen anyone find their works on an actual tape.

No, I think Phoenix Games got Dingo Pictures to "animate" the "cartoon".

Dingo Pictures is a German company, created in 1990, that animated a lot of Disney knock-off movies/games. Without any doubt we have our answer.

Each Mock-buster company has their own worst aspect:
Dingo Picture - Worst Voice Acting EVER!
Dream Town - Lying Box Cover as opposed to actual content they made, worst animation.
Video Brinquedo - Most Obvious Mock-busters

One positive is that they didn't make... that movie...

I'm pretty sure Pheonix made other games, so it safe to assume that one of two things happened.
A. Dingo had them release it for a split "profit". (imagine any profit at all..)
Or B. Pheonix needed a cheap movie for a kids game for their library of 14 or so pieces of ____.

They made some racing game that looks worse than Taxi Racers, a Snow White game with frightening models, but that's only because they fart out a game every second.

I love seeing those VHS rip-offs. I mean, I used to think bootleg toys were bad, but it's pretty sad seeing that "Mu-Lan".

As a kid, me and my parents didn't know bootleg movies existed so we thought it was real, the cover art is from the actual movie, what I got in the DVD was a barely watchable mess, they ripped me off big time! It was also bundled with this old egg cartoon with the female one who becomes a boiling egg.

Snow White is the same case, the cover is a complete lie, I also had Jack and the Beanstalk and Aladdin but I haven't got those anymore. The worst one IMO is An Ants Life, it's a disgusting horrifying CGI short movie and it is freaky, you won't know what's truly bad till you watch this.

At least with Bootleg toys some boxes have transparent plastic to let you know what's inside.

EDIT: Those Dream Town bootlegs I have are DVD's, not VHS.

I swear to god this weird Korean kids show I found has got to have some of the most cliche kids anime characters, we have a hot head determined main character, and we have a silent type character...
Well it could have been worse, at least they didn't have the oh so "cute" girl closing her eyes and clasping her hands like nearly every anime!

Ugh......

Well the only way this could be worse is if they had the dum dum meathead fat boy...

AH GOD! THEY ACTUALLY DID IT, THEY MADE SOME OF THE MOST CLICHE CHARACTERS! Oh god!

A comparable cliched cast is from that dreadful Mechanimals, only the female is a Tsundere type of personality which I hate and despise with almost all my guts, as it makes me like some of it out.
