MARCH OF THE BEYS (mellbourne, Australia 11/4/2012) hey everybody, me and swany10 are working on a new melborne tournament in an attempt to bring back Australian beybladers. we need stadiums and a prize supplier for this tournament, if you can help please pm giraton or Swany10. details below:
date: 11 April 2011
time: sign up: 12-1:20 tournament starts: 1:30
location: Queen Victoria Gardens, flinders st melbourne, just down the road from flinders st station. map will be up soon. meet at the 3 palm trees.
cost: $5, free if you have a bladers passport, $10 to buy a bladers passport
prizes: 1st: beyblade or battle gear (hasbro, contents to be confirmed)
2nd: left over of 1st
3rd: beyblade keyring
all placed get a certificate.
Format: Round Robin Block
judges: Giraton, swany10, rayquazonX
people confirmed: Giraton, Swany10, rayquazonX, bryanchaos3, jordynchoas3, ky, bipod, J!NX
maybe: Robsta, TDGX, nova driger, sucks, wraith
Reserved: none
i hope you can join us for this tournament. we need at least 8 people confirmed and max is 32.

updates:
please pm mobile numbers so i can confirm that you are acturly going on the day. i will reply with my number so you can contact me anytime (excluding school times) incase you want updates or other things that you may like to ask.

all beyblades and beyblade gear you use in the tournament must go under a strict appraisal to see if they are fake, worn or tampered with against the the rules. all parts and gear will go in a tub for collection after the tournament. replacement parts, launches and full beys will be supplied if needed. not all parts can be replaced, but the closest thing i have will be given.

Where's Omega? Anyway hi dude, yup, im not sure if im attending yet, but ill let you use my stadium and organize the event, if there's less than 10 players then there is no point going, so i hope this tourney works out for you

who knows, kai-v has been trying to contact him for months, he is mega late on like 5 tournament's results and mouney, and scince im the only one who could bother to host one, she asked me to host one to get all the aussie members back. if you see him, tell him to check his pm box.

@jordynchoas3: look properly, the judges are just above the confirmed members and below the format.

thats not all we want updated, i need my passport, im missing all the good givaways and this month is proberbly a zero-g.

anyway can we get back on topic? who is going to this and who isn't. just note this might be the only tournament in a while so get in while you can, i know im itching to battle, i recently got a new rev-up launcher and i want to use it.

You'll get a battle alright Gira you just wait. And apparently the passport is not added to your profile if you purchased it at the tourney, but im not sure if this is true. You could try pming bladers who have attended tournaments as well, like Omega used to do. This is just dirtying Omega's reputation anyhow.

< edit > Also a question, will you accept my passport if i bought it at the Melbourne beyblade champs, even though it is not registered?

This should be fun..... @Giraton are you sure we shouldnt have 4 judges? like 32 people by 4 judges.....? Just saying... And make it clearer that it is max 32 people, people may get unpleasant surprises....

you post here saying you want to come and confirm your availability to get there. you then go there on the day, pay the cost to enter and you are in. we need 8 confirmed bladers.

@swany: i will add an extra judge as numbers rise to around 12, and i already have him sorted.

i must stress that only takara tomy, hasbro or sonokong beys can be used. strict inspections will be done before and during the tournament. also worn parts are also not to be used either.

There were like 10 fake beys in my block in the championships
