Right, it's that time of year again guys.
The London expo is the biggest anime and gaming event in the UK, and it will be coinciding with the WBO's beyweekend.

The tournament will take place inside the expo center, and will start and finish within the allocated time slot we will be given.
The slot we have been given will be 2pm - 4pm, myself, Rocky, Blitz and ♥ will be there a few minutes earlier to set up.
We seriously advise that you all make it to the table for 1:45 at the latest since we're going to need time to put you all in to your brackets for the tournament, and prizes will be announced at this time.

If anyone is buying anything from anyone, then make sure to be there earlier,
Sellers should be at the table at 1:35, we advise you all make it there for that time as well since you'll obviously all want any blades you're getting to use in the tournament.

• The tournament style will be Block Round Robin
• The main tournament will be MFB only, but free battles will allow plastic and HMS as usual.

There will be tournament prizes, and hopefully some fun extras as well.

Items we'd recommend for you to bring would be food and drink, in particular bottle water as it can get quite hot inside the main expo hall.

We'd also recommend that if you do intend to take part in the tournament, then bring your own beys.

This may sound like an obvious suggestion, but in the past people have come without, expecting to borrow other peoples.

This would not be a problem, but more than half the blades that have been lent out to people have either come back damaged from improper use, or not come back at all (as those who visited the previous expo will know).

Obviously this has made people a lot more reluctant to lend out their own beys.

The entry fee will be free, although we will be selling blader passports for £6 at the event, that will allow you to take place in future tournaments.

We hope you'll be interested in this tournament, and enjoy it as you have done with previous tournaments.

Thanks,
theflightyellz

why must the expo be before november hate myself for living so faraway still even if i can come i would be late
do u have to buy a tickey for the expo to enter th beyblade or is it outside being held
Even if it were to be held outside, you would still need to purchase a ticket.
The expo allows no events that don't require buying a ticket.
ok i think i get it so you buy a ticket then we meet up with you lot and i don't think 2 stadiums will be enough though
That's just the current ones Alex is bringing.
Rocky should be bringing one, and other people will as well.
And that's the basics of it, the main problem that the expo group have been having is that people aren't buying tickets and just going for the outside free activities, so everyone entering our tournament MUST have a ticket, indoors or outdoors.
I'll ask Rosie if she's had any reply from the expo group when she gets back from work.
I can bring along an Attack Stadium if needed.
i just realised that the tournament is quite long away even though im so excited right now

That would be great, thanks!
Il also bring mine unless we have enough, would rather not carry it all day if i don't have to.

It's more than understandable that they would do that and since it is their land, they have the right to do that, after all, they need money so they can even do these events for people to enjoy.
Ok Im getting my beys today since it's my birthday today!
how many beys do you have now
Not the place to talk about it guys, use PM's
sorry wont happen again
say if you where playing in the tournament and all your matches where finished would it be ok to have a look around

We still haven't heard anything anything back from the Excel group about where or when they'll let us actually have the tournament on their grounds on the day.
We're sending another e-mail at the moment, but right now we're trying to work out an alternative as a back up plan, and we're doing everything we can to make this happen.
Our main aim is undoubtedly to have the tournament at the expo, but as a backup we're having a possible option of having the event the week before Expo at St. James' Park.

Would people be open to this as an option?
i wouldnt mind having it in st james park
No i wouldn't be able to make the backup plan due to it being during school term even though it would be a weekend. But that's just me.

Im not sure if it will be the same as the schools in london but on may 30th we have a weeks half term! I think. Wink
If it was held a week before the Expo then no, it wouldn't be during many people's half terms.
i would prefer it to be outside in st jamses park
